Business Manager

Maureen has served as Business Manager since 2001 and oversees all accounting and human resources management. She has over 20 years of experience in construction related business from general contracting companies to architectural and engineering firms which gives her a well rounded perspective. Since joining The MZO GROUP, Maureen has worked within the company helping to streamline accounting processes, implement state-of-the-art project reporting and introduced budgeting and project costing. In her human resources role, she created the employee manual and maintains compliance with state and federal regulations and rules.
