FLEX is a locally owned boutique fitness center, located beneath a family owned commercial development in Saugus. The space had been vacant for many years and was perfect for its present use. The shape of the building and 2-tiered plan lent itself to a unique layout and presented many design opportunities that set it apart from the national fitness franchises. This helped it to compete very well against the less personal larger gyms. Unique finishes, colors and textures along with bold murals add to the experience that helps motivate its patrons.
