The Cottage Green Clubhouse-Conroe, Texas
The Cottage Green is a comfortable and balanced-living rental community, featuring luxury two-bedroom detached single-family homes, one- or two-bedroom duplexes, and six-unit, two-story apartment buildings located in the suburban Houston city of Conroe, Texas. The overall concept was to offer an alternative to typical apartment projects where residents can choose to live in their own detached pet-friendly home with private fenced-in yard in two-bedroom cottages or in back-to-back one or two-bedroom attached duplexes.
This community has multiple amenity areas, including a unique Community Garden and “bark park” for the fur babies. The heart and central focus of the community is the centrally located Clubhouse with its signature clock tower, luxe swimming pool with tanning shelf, covered porch, fully equipped 24-hour fitness center, conference room, catering kitchen with coffee bar, lounge with ample seating area, outdoor grilling station, and firepit. Also centrally located on the main boulevard is the Leasing Center and Mail Room building with its wrap-around porch and colonnade.
Architecturally, the small town, neighborhood feel of the community was accomplished through the central boulevard lined with two-story buildings with the Clubhouse and Leasing Center as focal points. Both buildings have wide porches that shade the hot Texas sun and also give the community its hometown identity.
