This 51-unit development is comprised of 17 triplexes designed to resemble large manor homes in the Creekside neighborhood of The Woodlands in suburban Houston, TX. The Boston and Houston based architect joined with the Woodlands based builder/developer to conceive and execute this concept for an empty nester or move-down market where buyers were looking for a traditional neighborhood feel with the convenience of a no maintenance lifestyle. Each unit within the triplex has a separate entrance, private outdoor courtyard, and attached 2-car garage. The center unit has 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, while the two end units have 1st floor master suites and 2 additional bedrooms and a loft on the 2nd floor. Although common exterior maintenance is provided similar to a condominium, each unit is on a fee simple lot where the lot line runs through the common wall between units. Architecturally, there were six different façades designed in Craftsman, Traditional, and Transitional styles.
