The original house was built in 1964 and kept pristinely before being purchased from the original owner’s estate. The new owner added a new 2nd floor and the 1st and lower floors were completely renovated. Also, a garage bay, mudroom, entry foyer, and screened porch were added. Architecturally, the overall look was transformed into a classic shingle-style house. The net result of the project is a “new” 6-bedroom, 5,613 sq. ft. home designed for living in the 21st century.
