Our builder/developer client purchased the lot and desired a home design that would have appeal to an empty nester couple who would enjoy the freedom of a low-maintenance lot, but with the amenities of a larger one. In addition to the main entry, guest bedroom suite and 2-car garage, a courtyard is carved out of the footprint allowing for an outdoor kitchen and living space complete with a small swimming pool and fireplace/bar in a private setting on the 1st floor level of the home.
