This living area of this loft became a more formal space when combined with the unit below. The husbands music hobby, including a piano and guitar, now occupy the lower level and is adjacent to his wifes incredible sewing room. The addition of a fireplace in the living/dining space with stone surround and TV above add a focus when sitting and enjoying the views to the nearby waterway. The adjacent expanded kitchen also allowed for an increase in natural light throughout the living area. Both the upper and lower living levels enjoy views of the sculptural shape of the helix stairway which now links the two.
